• Drive performance of 150+ suppliers on the Voomi platform.
• Manage P&L to ensure profitability targets are met.
• Analyze data to identify growth opportunities for suppliers.
• Conduct business conversations to influence supplier decisions.
• Develop scalable processes for managing supplier accounts.
• Accelerate onboarding processes for new suppliers.
• Implement merchandising strategies to guide supplier inventory.
• Lead a team of relationship managers and analysts.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve supplier issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of experience in a high-performing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in building scalable processes.
• Proven leadership experience.
• Experience managing a high-growth P&L.
• Experience in negotiations with external partners.
• Ability to proactively solve problems.
