Overview

We are seeking an experienced leader with SaaS and Client Success experience to manage our team of Client Success Managers. This individual will be responsible for driving improvements to revenue retention, renewal timeliness, client satisfaction, and expansion. It is imperative that this individual embrace our core values:

In Short

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive client success strategy.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Client Success Managers (CSMs).
  • Track key performance metrics (KPIs) related to revenue retention and engagement.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams for client onboarding.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams for client feedback.
  • Develop tech-touch resources for scalability.
  • Refine processes for client success operations.
  • Represent the voice of the client in executive meetings.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in client success or account management in SaaS.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience in client success.
  • Proven track record in client retention and satisfaction.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with client success tools like Gainsight and Salesforce.
  • Passion for client advocacy and exceptional client experience.
