AWS Cloud Engineer - Remote

Overview

The AWS Cloud Engineer at Juvare will be responsible for providing Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery solutions and administering tools to support software development and operations.

In Short

• Work on cloud-based platform projects including architecture design and implementation.
• Maintain and develop “Platform As Code” using Terraform and Ansible.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in various environments.
• Deploy and support applications on AWS services.
• Collaborate with international Linux team members and Development teams.
• Participate in incident management and change management processes.
• Utilize scripting skills in BASH, Python, or Ruby.
• Implement monitoring solutions using tools like Datadog and New Relic.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL framework.
• Work in a collaborative environment with open communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in a DevOps role.
• Good Linux administration and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of AWS stack and security best practices.
• Experience with provisioning and configuration management tools.
• Understanding of distributed systems and performance optimizations.
• Experience with VCS tools like Git.
• Comfort with collaboration and communication across teams.
