• Lead performance and operational excellence across marketplace platforms.
• Own day-to-day operations across Amazon, eBay, and Walmart.
• Analyze sales and traffic metrics to develop growth strategies.
• Monitor performance dashboards and resolve account issues.
• Collaborate with catalog, pricing, fulfillment, and customer support teams.
• Plan and oversee promotional campaigns and advertising strategies.
• Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs and forecast performance.
• Contribute to catalog expansion strategy and ensure data quality.
• Identify workflow gaps and improve marketplace processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on marketplace experience.
• Expertise in Seller Central and eBay Seller Hub.
• Experience managing large catalogs (10K+ SKUs).
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Sheets.
• Ability to communicate effectively across teams.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
