In Short

• Drive performance of 150+ suppliers on the Voomi platform.
• Manage P&L to ensure profitability targets are met.
• Analyze data to make strategic business decisions.
• Conduct negotiations to improve supplier accounts.
• Develop scalable processes for managing supplier accounts.
• Revamp onboarding processes for new suppliers.
• Implement merchandising strategies for suppliers.
• Lead a team of relationship managers and analysts.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve supplier issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8+ years of experience in a growth-oriented environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in building and scaling operational processes.
• Proven ability to manage a high-growth P&L.
• Skilled in vendor negotiations and partnerships.
• Background in merchandising or category management.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on problem-solving skills.
