In Short

• Proactively identify and close new HVAC contractors via outreach (calls, emails, visits).
• Cultivate deep, long-term relationships with high-potential contractors.
• Develop and refine targeting strategies for different types of contractors.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver excellent service.
• Use CRM tools to track pipeline progress and sales metrics.
• Help recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing contractor sales team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of contractor sales experience in HVAC or related fields.
• HVAC industry knowledge strongly preferred.
• Proven success in outbound sales and customer acquisition.
• Highly organized with strong follow-up skills.
• Self-starter with a strong desire to win.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
