  • Drive Sales Performance: Ensure the team meets or exceeds targets through effective pipeline, opportunity, and deal management.
  • Foster Key Relationships: Build strong connections with customers, partners, and influencers to drive growth.
  • Identify New Opportunities: Discover and strategize market penetration and customer base expansion.
  • Provide Sales Insights: Deliver accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and analysis to senior management.
  • Collaborate Cross-functionally: Partner with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Customer Success for aligned efforts.
  • Coach & Develop Team: Provide ongoing coaching, training, and development to enhance sales skills and performance.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of sales experience, with 3-5 years in a sales management or leadership role, preferably in software/technology (IAM/cybersecurity).
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to motivate teams and build customer relationships.
  • Solid understanding of sales principles, methodologies, and strategic thinking.
  • Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales productivity tools.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven sales decisions.
  • Experience with cloud/subscription models, consultative selling, and strategic partnerships.
