The Director of Sales will lead and grow sales efforts across North, Central, and South America, driving revenue growth and developing high-performing account executives.

  • Drive results through effective leadership and collaboration.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of SaaS sales leadership experience.
  • Strong track record in solution/value-based selling.
  • Experience in selling to mid-market and early enterprise segments.
  • Skilled in coaching teams on outbound pipeline generation.
  • Data-driven with strong forecasting abilities.
  • Inspirational leader with a focus on team development.
  • Collaborative with strong relationship-building skills.
