Overview

Highlight is seeking a hands-on Director of Sales to lead our Account Executive team, driving performance and refining our go-to-market strategy in the software sales domain.

In Short

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of AEs.
  • Own new business software sales targets.
  • Support CRO in refining sales strategy and infrastructure.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Enablement teams.
  • Monitor and improve team productivity and sales efficiency.
  • Coach AEs on deal strategy and execution.
  • Use data to drive decision-making and identify trends.
  • Help define territory strategy and account allocation.
  • Champion a culture of learning and collaboration.
  • Foster accountability within the sales team.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience.
  • 1+ years in sales leadership roles.
  • Experience selling tech/SaaS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes.
  • Comfortable managing teams through ambiguity.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with teams.
  • Highly proficient in Salesforce or Hubspot.
