Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven sales leadership experience.
  • Experience managing daily sales operations.
  • Comfortable leading daily standups and managing dashboards.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to balance accountability and empathy.
  • Experience working across multiple sales channels.
  • Bonus: Experience in structured sales organizations or fintech platforms.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree.
