Overview

The Director of Client Management will lead a high-performing team, steward our most valuable partnerships, and focus on client retention by maintaining the pipeline between post-event back to presale.

Requirements

• 10+ years of high volume, fast-paced events experience.
• Proven track record in client/relationship management.
• Strong attention to detail and operational excellence.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
• Experience with project management software is a plus.
