Overview

The Director of Asset Management will lead the Asset Management department for Equipment Finance, focusing on valuation analysis and support for various finance groups.

In Short

• Oversee collateral valuations and pricing.
• Develop and execute policies for collateral management.
• Manage the Asset Management team and their performance.
• Handle remarketing of equipment and develop reseller networks.
• Conduct quarterly/annual collateral reviews.
• Review appraisals and manage equipment inspections.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong collateral and valuation knowledge.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Experience in managing teams.
