In Short

Provide strategic direction for multiple funds, overseeing $800M+ in assets
Manage a talented team of fund management associates

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of 8 years of experience in fund management or financial services
Deep understanding of impact investing and community development finance
Strong proficiency in financial modeling and portfolio management
Proven track record of leading high-performing teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with impact measurement frameworks
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial software
Passion for economic development and closing the racial wealth gap
Familiarity with tax credit incentive programs is a plus
