Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or relevant work experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in real estate finance or community development lending.
• Strong understanding of financial models for community development.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial projections.
• Experience with various financing products.
• Solid understanding of real estate fundamentals.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
