Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
• 5 years of experience in asset management.
• 2 years in non-consumer lending asset management.
• Working knowledge of real estate and lending.
• Experience with defaults and workouts.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and loan documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and loan management software.
