In Short

• Lead the project management of key brand campaigns with VIP and Celebrity talent
• Be accountable for the overall success of the VIP and Celebrity influencer relationships on your dedicated brand
• Build and execute key influencer campaigns with VIP and Celebrity influencers
• Maintain close relationships with key talent and agencies in the space
• Manage a team of creator management in their execution and delivery of successful brand influencer programming
• Liaise between the creator management team and other key internal groups on the brand
• Participate in internal casting sessions / brainstorming sessions
• Manage influencer feedback and approval process at various stages of content development
• Develop and maintain relationships with the brand’s top talent and representation
• Support in the development of post-campaign reporting

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience working in a digital, advertising, or influencer marketing environment in the beauty or luxury space
• Experience managing VIP partners at one time in a fast-paced environment
• Expert negotiating skills and management of six figure Influencer campaign budgets
• 3 years of management experience
• Superior relationship building skills
• Direct experience with on-site Influencer activations
• Strong project management skills with impeccable attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of paid social media practices in support of influencer campaigns
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Physically located within commuting distance of NYC
