Senior Market Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Market Analyst will play a critical role in shaping MeridianLink’s competitive intelligence strategy by delivering insights that inform product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and sales enablement.

In Short

• Monitor and analyze competitor strategies, product offerings, pricing, and positioning.
• Partner with Product Marketing Managers to maintain and update battlecards, win/loss insights, and competitive profiles.
• Conduct research on industry trends, customer behavior, and emerging technologies.
• Track macroeconomic and regulatory shifts impacting financial institutions and fintechs.
• Develop dashboards and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers to integrate insights into messaging, campaigns, and product launches.
• Assist in implementation of CI tools and ensure data hygiene and stakeholder engagement.
• Help define and evolve CI governance and reporting package.
• 3–5 years of experience in market research, competitive intelligence, or product marketing.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel, PowerPoint, or similar tools.

Requirements

• Familiarity with CI platforms and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or fintech preferred.
