Overview

The Director of Client Success at C&W Services is responsible for driving client retention and growth by implementing the Clientricity methodology for assigned client portfolios. This role involves building strong relationships with clients and ensuring successful execution of Clientricity deliverables.

  • Lead multiple concurrent processes effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 7-10 years of Client Success and Project Management experience.
  • Experience in leadership roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with clients and internal teams.
  • Understanding of industry and client pain points.
  • Certifications in CXPA and PMP preferred.
  • Proven experience in Client Relationship Management.
  • Ability to develop and maintain key client documentation.
  • Experience in managing teams.
