Requirements

  • 12 years of experience in Client Success or Account Management in the healthcare sector.
  • Experience with Fortune 100 clients or large group plans.
  • Proven track record in managing complex projects.
  • Strong relationship-building skills at the executive level.
  • Experience with Salesforce and key account management platforms.
  • Ability to think creatively and solve complex problems.
  • Experience in delivering compelling value propositions.
  • Corporate experience in digital health or benefits consulting.
  • Public sector experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
