Production Designer - Remote

Overview

As a Production Designer dedicated to the Consumer Marketing Content Strategy team, you will be the engine of our content delivery, focusing on the high-volume creation and execution of co-branded assets for our clients. This role is a pure production position, responsible for taking approved design concepts and translating them into pixel-perfect, press-ready files across a variety of channels.

• Execute and deliver a high volume of marketing collateral, primarily focusing on co-branded client assets.
• Provide print and screen-ready artwork and oversee production of print material.
• Maintain accountability for all assigned production projects ensuring timely delivery.
• Manage multiple simultaneous projects and deadlines via Asana project boards.
• Look for ways to streamline and improve production workflows.
• Contribute to marketing team culture through service and positive relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience; BA/BS in Graphic Design or related field.
• 3-5+ years of agency or in-house experience as a production designer.
• Proficiency in print, digital and web design with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work within an existing brand universe and suggest new ideas.
• Self-directed and can work both autonomously and collaboratively.
• Deep understanding of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Slides.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
