Overview

The Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic partner and advisor, playing a pivotal role in aligning and executing the company’s commercial and enterprise-wide priorities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of strategy/management consulting or investment banking/private equity experience.
• 3+ years of commercial-oriented experience preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in US healthcare preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities.
• High emotional intelligence (EQ).
• Ability to build consensus and influence.
• Proficient in data analysis and Excel.
• Action-oriented with good judgment.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
