Overview

Our client is seeking a highly proactive and resourceful Chief of Staff to act as the strategic right hand to the Founder of multiple fast-moving ventures, including a CRO agency, a full-service ad agency, and several e-commerce brands. This is not your typical assistant role. You'll be embedded across all businesses, helping manage projects, organizing chaos, ensuring team accountability, and driving special initiatives to support the Founder. If you're a natural problem solver who thrives in a dynamic environment and excels at optimizing workflows and processes, this role was made for you.

In Short

  • Serve as the founder’s chief of staff, prioritizing tasks and ensuring productivity.
  • Push forward projects across multiple companies, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Document and optimize workflows and processes.
  • Take on special projects and implement AI/automation solutions.
  • Draft internal communications and prep materials for the founder.
  • Light personal scheduling and travel arrangements.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar operational support role.
  • Proactive and resourceful with strong communication skills.
  • Process-obsessed and comfortable optimizing systems.
  • Familiarity with AI/automation tools like ChatGPT and Zapier.
  • Experience working with e-commerce, agency, or startup environments.
  • Fluency in English, with bilingual skills in Spanish preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
