The Care Quality Manager will ensure the quality and reliability of healthcare services in Hong Kong and the broader APAC region, focusing on user support, healthcare professional recruitment, and stakeholder relations.

Requirements

  • Permanent resident of Hong Kong.
  • Experience in healthcare or telemedicine.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of local healthcare regulations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Experience in user support or medical concierge services.
  • Proven track record in recruitment and training.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze service performance metrics.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
