Overview

The Senior Program Manager will lead and manage the strategic and operational aspects of multiple population health projects, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
  • Graduate degree preferred in public health or related fields.
  • NCQA accreditation experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
  • Experience in health care administration is preferred.
  • Proficient in report writing and data analysis.
  • Experience in continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
