Senior Global Program Manager, Growth Strategy - Remote

Overview

In this role, you will serve as the central point of coordination for a global cross-functional team of internal and external stakeholders, leading a large-scale services and systems integration with a major retailer’s US, Canadian and European operations.

In Short

• Lead and manage systems and services integration across multiple regions.
• Develop comprehensive program roadmaps and schedules.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external program stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues impacting program delivery.
• Establish and track KPIs to monitor program progress.
• Develop a change management plan for smooth transitions.
• Oversee daily operations post-launch to ensure adherence to SLAs.
• Collaborate with retail partners for optimization and growth.
• Manage stakeholder communications effectively.
• Ensure continuous improvement of program performance.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8-10 years of program management experience.
• At least 4 years in a leadership role overseeing large programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
