As the Manager of Population Health, you’ll be at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and execution—identifying opportunities to improve clinical outcomes and designing interventions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, management, or consulting.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
  • Experience in healthcare preferred.
  • Ability to work in ambiguous situations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Experience with SQL and Looker is a plus.
