In Short

• Report directly to the Head of Tax.
• Preparation of federal and state income tax returns.
• Manage quarterly and annual GAAP tax provisions.
• Maintain tax control environment and participate in audits.
• Support tax initiatives and compliance processes.
• Conduct tax research and planning initiatives.
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• 5 years of relevant tax experience required.
• Experience with Onesource tax compliance software preferred.
• Strong background in insurance or healthcare preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or taxation.
• MS Tax preferred.
• CPA preferred.
• Strong state and local tax background preferred.
• Ability to manage tax audits and inquiries.
• Experience in tax planning and compliance.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively.
