Demandbase is seeking a Senior Manager, Financial Reporting and Compliance to join our dynamic Accounting team. This role involves financial reporting, statutory reporting compliance, and technical accounting, with a unique opportunity to lead efforts within a fast-paced, innovative organization.

In Short

• Lead the preparation of financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP.
• Oversee US audit and statutory reporting obligations.
• Coordinate tax filings with third-party providers.
• Monitor compliance with loan covenants.
• Lead investor relations communications.
• Ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Drive process improvements in financial reporting.
• Draft accounting memos and perform complex accounting entries.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive accounting operations experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in U.S. GAAP and technical accounting.
• Proficiency in NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• CPA preferred; Big 4 experience a plus.
