In Short

• Lead and manage the global month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial close processes.
• Coordinate with various departments for accurate financial closing.
• Assign tasks and monitor progress for timely completion.
• Manage close and reconciliation checklist, reporting daily to management.
• Oversee reconciliation of key accounts for accuracy.
• Ensure intercompany transactions are reconciled.
• Lead monthly and quarterly close financial flux analysis.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and relevant reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal control processes.
• Foster a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, CMA preferred.
• Experience in managing month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Experience with intercompany transactions and foreign currency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting.
• NetSuite system experience preferred.
• Work authorization that does not require sponsorship.
