In Short

• Serve as a strategic partner to pharmacy leadership.
• Leverage complex data to inform business strategies.
• Focus on generating data-driven insights for the Medication Adherence program.
• Conduct root cause analysis of performance trends.
• Build tools for data integrity and reporting consistency.
• Collaborate with multiple teams including Product and Data Science.
• Transform insights into clear recommendations for strategic adjustments.
• Design and own KPIs for the Medication Adherence and Pharmacy Guide teams.
• Implement analytical strategies through dashboards.
• Communicate findings with leaders and teams.

Requirements

• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Collaborative communication skills.
• Expertise in explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Self-starter with strong planning and prioritization skills.
• Experience with Medicare Advantage plan and pharmacy claims data.
• Over 7 years of experience with advanced SQL and dashboard development.
• At least 5 years of experience with BI tools, preferably Looker.
• At least 3 years of experience with healthcare data.
• Bonus: Experience in management consulting or product management.
