Overview

Oscar Medical Group is hiring a Clinical Quality Analyst to support the clinical care team in providing high quality, safe patient care in our virtual clinic by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to patient safety, quality of care, and regulatory compliance.

In Short

• Support clinical care team in virtual clinic
• Collect and analyze data on patient safety and quality of care
• Conduct patient safety incident reviews
• Work with clinical leadership and compliance teams
• Implement quality improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards
• Report to Senior Medical Director
• Remote work opportunity
• Base pay range: $72,800 - $95,550 per year
• Eligible for employee benefits and performance bonuses

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required
• 3+ years in patient safety or quality improvement
• 5+ years as registered nurse in ambulatory or hospital setting
• Proficiency in Google Suites applications preferred
• Experience in telehealth setting is a plus
• Patient Safety certification preferred
• Quality certification preferred
• Experience with patient safety tracking tools is a plus
• Knowledge of NCQA, HEDIS, STARS metrics preferred
