Project Service Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Project Service Coordinator acts as the operational link between clients, engineers, and leadership for all active client work, ensuring timely updates and effective management of multiple workstreams.

In Short

• Coordinate project tickets and manage engineer schedules.
• Act as the first point of contact for ticket updates and project milestones.
• Ensure all tickets are fully documented and meet quality standards.
• Provide daily and weekly status reports on project progress.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
• Proficient in ticket triage and SLA management.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Experience in an MSP or IT services role preferred.
• Familiarity with ConnectWise Manage or similar platforms.
• Work in a remote, internationally distributed team.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an MSP or technology-related coordination role.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong understanding of ticket triage and scheduling best practices.
• Understanding of common MSP service requests and projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Excel.
• Nice-to-have: Experience with IT Glue or similar documentation tools.
• Prior work in a remote, internationally distributed team.
