Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in a technical field.
  • 2+ years of Technical Software/IT Support experience.
  • Experience with programming languages (C++, Python, HTML, CSS) preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
  • Strong understanding of APIs.
  • Experience using Postman and SQL databases.
  • Ability to create troubleshooting documentation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Customer-focused team player.
