Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree in Software or Technical field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of two years in Software/IT Support.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with case management tools (Salesforce, ServiceNow, ZenDesk).
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with multitasking ability.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member.
