Implementation Engineer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Implementation Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for the successful deployment, integration, and configuration of our solutions for clients.

In Short

• Troubleshoot technical issues during the implementation phase.
• Act as the primary technical contact for clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in an implementation or technical support role.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with system integrations, databases, APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with Salesforce for project tracking.
• Knowledge of scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills.
