In Short

• Join a growing Network Operations team as an Implementation Engineer.
• Be the primary technical owner for integrations with payers and clearinghouses.
• Help increase direct payer integrations by 100x in the next 12 months.
• Work closely with engineering, customer operations, finance, product, and legal teams.
• Establish and improve the payer implementation playbook.
• Document new payer integrations and track their progress.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders at payers.
• Stay organized and manage multiple threads simultaneously.
• Be resourceful and self-motivated to get the job done.
• Communicate effectively and respond with urgency.

Requirements

• Experience integrating with APIs, specifically REST/SOAP.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and threads.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in technical support or solutions engineering.
• Strong systems mindset to identify and articulate gaps.
• Resourceful, self-disciplined, and proactive in approach.
• Ability to work quickly and match the organization’s pace.
