As an Implementation Engineer, you will play a critical role in the successful deployment and configuration of our projects, working closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements.

• Lead installation, configuration, and deployment of solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in technical consulting or deployment roles in SaaS.
• Understanding of software deployment methodologies and system integration.
• Experience with customer support tools like ZenDesk or SalesForce preferred.
• Technical proficiency in AI technology, APIs, and cloud solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to project changes.
• Experience with error logging tools like Sentry or Kibana preferred.
