Forethought is the first AI-native platform for enterprise customer support, built on a multi-agent architecture for omnichannel resolution. As an Engagement Manager, you will play a critical role in the successful deployment of our projects and onboarding of our clients.

In Short

  • Onboard and implement projects for new customers.
  • Conduct project kickoff meetings and training sessions.
  • Develop detailed project plans and timelines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Monitor project progress and track KPIs.
  • Drive post-implementation reviews.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Analyze customer pain points and design solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3-5 years experience in a startup environment.
  • Experience in project management or implementation roles in SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Technical background in software architecture and APIs.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset.
