Overview

The Engagement Manager at Replicant is responsible for ensuring the success of customer deployments by providing project engagement advisory services, building customer relationships, and managing deployment projects.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of customer-facing project management or business consulting experience.
• Desire to work in a leveraged manner to deliver quality results.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to set task lists and timelines.
• Ability to negotiate and work under pressure.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel 25%.
