Engagement Manager - Remote

Overview

Engagement Managers are project managers on our implementation team who have a bias towards customer engagement and success. They’ll handle about 8 customers at a time and lead their Implementation Projects through to success while holding others on the Project Team, both internally and externally, accountable for milestones, action items, and deliverables.

• Drive onboarding efforts of new and existing customers.
• Develop detailed project plans and work breakdown structures.
• Create comprehensive weekly status reports and communication plans.
• Identify implementation risks and mitigate them effectively.
• Establish rapport with customer stakeholders.
• Execute implementation projects with executive-level sponsors.
• Deliver engagements driving milestone meetings and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Track scope of engagement and manage change orders.
• Coach and mentor project team members.
• Participate in establishing practices and methodologies for the team.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Comfortable leading meetings with customers.
• Ability to identify and communicate solutions to integration problems.
• Superior time management skills for managing multiple customers.
• In-depth knowledge of enterprise software application implementations.
• Experience with cross-functional team initiatives.
• Record of achievements and satisfied customers.
• Confidence in communicating with technical and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations.
