As an Engagement Manager at Accelerated Focus, your primary role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our clients and our product delivery teams. Your expertise in Agile methodologies, especially Scrum, combined with your in-depth knowledge of business analysis, is essential to our success.

• Lead Scrum ceremonies to ensure an efficient Agile workflow.
• Convert business needs into detailed epics and user stories.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in software application delivery.
• Agile certifications such as PMP, CSPO, PSPO, CSM or PSM preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage client relationships and team dynamics.
• Understanding of software development processes.
• Familiarity with low-code development environments like OutSystems.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience in business analysis and Agile planning techniques.
• OutSystems Delivery Specialist Certification is a plus.
