Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Engagement Manager (E.M) to join our team at Punchh, responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring successful implementation of our loyalty platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Software Delivery Services.
• 3+ years relevant experience as Project Manager.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with SalesForce, Jira, and MS Products.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and able to work remotely.
• Experience with globally based project teams.
• Familiarity with loyalty and engagement platforms is a plus.
