The Engagement Manager at HCLTech is responsible for managing a significant portfolio of clients, focusing on relationship growth and sales of HCL offerings.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in account management, preferably in Hitech/ISV.
• 7-19+ years in selling and leading complex transformation programs.
• 5+ years of experience with cross-business unit solution selling.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and account management tools.
