Overview

This role involves providing support to patients regarding the RxLink medication affordability program, assisting them with inquiries and troubleshooting issues.

In Short

Requirements

  • Experience in patient service, preferably in healthcare.

  • Knowledge of pharmacy terminology is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and empathy.
