Overview

The IT Support Technician at TuneCore will provide technical support and infrastructure maintenance for various music industry offices, assisting users with equipment and system administration.

In Short

• Support over 300 onsite and remote users.
• Set up and repair Macs, PCs, and musical equipment.
• Work with video, lighting, and audio equipment for events.
• Perform hardware repairs and maintenance.

• Respond to emergencies within 45 minutes.

Requirements

• One year in a customer-facing IT role.
• Experience in troubleshooting PCs, Macs, and AV equipment.
• Familiarity with MS Office and Google Workplace.
• Basic knowledge of wired and wireless networking.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to reach the main office in NYC.
• Enjoy taking things apart and putting them back together.
