IT Support Technician - Remote

Overview

As an IT Support Technician at Henry Meds, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our IT infrastructure and employee experience. Your primary responsibilities will include employee onboarding and breakdowns, employee endpoint management, and resolving tech support requests.

In Short

• First point of contact for IT-related queries.
• Scripting and Automation for efficiency.
• Maintenance & patching of Windows and macOS machines.
• Setup and support for software and hardware.
• Onboarding new employees with accounts and hardware.
• Resolve employee support tickets efficiently.
• Provide training on IT services and security.
• Administer employee-facing systems like Google Workspace.
• Maintain clear communication with colleagues.
• Work until 5:00 PM US Pacific Time.

Requirements

• 1-3 years experience as an IT Support Technician.
• Experience supporting macOS and Windows environments.
• Experience with MDM solutions like Hexnode.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Eager to learn new technologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
