Lead Product Designer - Remote

Overview

The Lead Product Designer will drive the design vision and user experience of Henry Meds' telehealth platform, taking ownership of key product initiatives and shaping the future of patient and provider experiences.

• Lead design initiatives across multiple product areas.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders.
• Conduct user research to understand needs and behaviors.

Requirements

• 6+ years in UX or Product Design, with leadership experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design.
• Proven track record in designing B2C products.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Sketch.
• Strong understanding of UX principles and interaction design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
