In Short

Lead end-to-end product design from discovery to launch.
Collaborate with PMs, engineers, researchers, and other designers.
Leverage data and user insights for design decisions.
Drive experimentation through A/B testing and user research.
Build and share design artifacts to keep stakeholders aligned.
Mentor others and contribute to design culture.

Requirements

Experience designing complex workflows in marketplace environments.
Strong experimentation mindset with A/B testing.
A compelling portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design.
Strong communicator and collaborator.
Mastery of design tools like Figma.
Familiarity with AI-powered experiences.
