Lead Product Designer - Remote

Overview

The Lead Product Designer will shape the product experience by analyzing customer and business problems, and delivering elegant solutions. You will drive design execution, mentor junior designers, and collaborate closely with Product Managers and Developers to align on business goals.

• Deeply analyze customers and business problems to identify the pain points.

• Strategically think of the product from high level to connect the missing dots.
• Update acceptance criteria and define the logic to your work.
• Take full cycle ownership of your work from ideation, design, review and feedback in the final test build and after release.
• Co-lead the team with Product managers and Developers.
• Actively give feedback and mentor designers in your team.
• Perform design reviews and one-on-one sessions.
• Drive the vision for your product, aligning your team on a better future state.
• Work holistically across multiple platforms to solve problems.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience as a product designer in fast-paced environments.
• 1-2 years of experience as a lead product designer, managing and mentoring teams.
• Strong expertise in both UX and UI design.
• Passionate about design and continuous learning.
• Experienced with design systems.
• Ability to work autonomously and empower team members.
• Know when to dive deep and when to execute efficiently.
• Experience collaborating closely with development teams.
• Comfortable managing the full development cycle, from ideation to design QA.
• Must be based in EMEA time zone(s).
