Overview

As a Lead Product Designer at AffiniPay, you will define, champion, and elevate the overarching UX vision and strategy across multiple product areas or an entire product line, leading a team of designers to deliver user-centered design solutions that drive business growth.

Requirements

• 9+ years of experience in UX/Product Design, with 2+ years in a lead role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design strategy execution.
• Mastery of design tools and methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with strategic user research initiatives.
• Ability to inspire and empower design teams.
• Visionary understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Experience with enterprise-level design systems.
• Preferred location in Austin, Texas.
